Subject to these terms, On2Uni.com offer refunds on the purchase of services that are not match the exact topic and specifications that you provided. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any research paper, assignment or a fully completed document. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but may deal and assist to fulfil your requirements.
To be eligible to return a document for a refund, it must be unused for what you instructed us for originally with evidence, and with a signed undertaking to ascertain that the document has never been used or published when you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment.
Where documents have been edited, proofread or written sections and personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless rejected by a tutor or supervisor for a defect/mistake made by On2Uni.com.

Once your return document is received and our due diligence is carried out, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned document in addition to relative details. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the fault is agreed and approved according to your claim.
